Information on the processing of personal data
The controller of your personal data is ZAY ZUB s.r.o., with registered office at Ruzinovska 4814/1, 821 02 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 36 713 422 (the “controller”). The controller processes your personal data for the purpose of handling your enquiry submitted through the contact form, on the legal basis of the data subject’s consent under Section 13(1)(a) of the Personal Data Protection Act and Article 7 GDPR. The controller also processes your personal data for the purpose of sending news on the same legal basis. Personal data are processed by keeping records of email recipients in the scope of first name, surname, address, email address and telephone number. The controller will retain personal data for one month after the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data. The controller informs the data subject that personal data will not be provided to any processor or recipient. Personal data will not otherwise be provided or disclosed to third parties, except where required by special regulations, for example to law enforcement authorities. Personal data will not be published and will not be used for automated individual decision-making, including profiling. The data subject has, in particular, the following rights under Section 19 of the Personal Data Protection Act and/or Article 13 GDPR: the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectification and completion of personal data, the right to erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to know the source of personal data if the data were not obtained from the data subject, the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to initiate proceedings under Section 100 of the Personal Data Protection Act and/or the right to lodge a complaint under Article 13(2)(d) GDPR.
